I would not recommend buying this product. There are very visible and obvious signs that the product has been used despite being advertised and is NOT NEW. Evidence is clearly seen in photos already showing fingerprints on the screen, crumpled packaging INSIDE, a slightly dented mouse pad (on the right), misaligned plastic, and most obviously a privacy screen already pre-installed on the laptop screen (sold separately is delivered). ) if it is new and needs to be installed). Overall I am very disappointed in the fact that I was lied to about this laptop being brand new. I was VERY looking forward to that. So far it appears to be fully functional however I am very dissatisfied with the apparent prior use for the price I paid and the fact that the privacy screen was already in place, I'd rather not even put it this way affects the quality of the screen output.
