Transparent and helpful in helping us with our strategy
We have worked with Rick for close to a year now and he has been nothing but professional and kind! He listens to our needs, asks questions that help him understand what we are trying to accomplish, and delivers actionable insights. I don't have anything negative to say about working with Rick at this time. If you are looking for someone who will listen, answer your questions, and be transparent, go with Rick. When we first started out, he helped us set up a strategy, and then he followed through on it by helping us set up the tools we needed to make it happen. Since then, he's been there every step of the way, answering any question or providing insight when we need it.
Pros
- The level headedness / pragmatism behind all his efforts is quite rare today; most people tend toward unhinged hysteria whenever they enter an IT support situation something which does not necessarily reflect their ability nor desire towards being helpful..Rick genuinely seems like one those few "good Samar
