I like that it's easy to set up, but also has an option for in-depth reporting as well which is great! It can be really hard at times deciphering what exactly happened during a test run or incident - sometimes there isn't enough detail included to determine why something failed (or didn’t). We use this product along side our other tools including PagerDuty & Pingdom so we're able to have monitoring across all of these services into one dashboard area without having multiple dashboards open if needed too much. This allows us more insight when looking through various alerts while being aware who generated them from where within each service they come from allowing easier prioritization down to individual user accounts. Also helps keep track internally by seeing trends over time regarding testing methods used against different products / applications etc. So far no issues found however.
