I like this waist trainer because it is very comfortable, can be worn under everything and does not stand out. I like that it has back support but I find it fits the size of an oat very well so I think a size small would suit me better. But that's okay because I'm impressed with the fit. However, I will buy a smaller one for extra support. This is a great gift, especially for the holidays.
