I like that it's easy to create my own custom greetings, so that they don't always have to be "Hi" or something generic! It can sometimes get annoying when you try to use your own text in the greeting, because then some people will just ignore it completely. Also sometimes there are minor formatting issues with the way the bot formats things - but nothing major. If you're looking into having more than one person using this software, definitely do yourself a favour and go through all of the different features to see which ones work best for you. We've been able to streamline our morning team calls by creating customized messages for each of us via our profiles. This has made them much easier to follow along with as well!
