Based on the many positive feedbacks I was very happy with this webcam. The camera itself is very good, high quality, comfortable. But the microphone is terrible. I'm sitting maybe 1.5 feet from the camera and it can't record any sound. When I check the volume settings on my PC, it says the maximum volume reached is 3%. I've also found that the touch-off setting doesn't work when I turn on the ring light after exiting an application that was using the camera (zoom, loom, etc.). I need to turn on the webcam on my computer and THEN I can turn it off.
