This doesn't change my opinion of the product's performance, it just encourages me to take the time and effort to write it here. ------------------ I'm one of those people who don't like massages. I've never felt the benefits and they tend to leave me sore and sick afterwards. I bought this product for my wife who loves massage and needs it regularly. My requirement was that it should be wireless, have powerful massage rollers, have long battery life and be compact. I first bought another brand and found it lacked performance and was not positioned properly. It didn't fit properly on the shoulders. This item matches all checkboxes and is used regularly. I even use it from time to time just to remind myself that I hate massages. It has saved me money (fewer massage therapy visits) and pain relief in my wrists and hands (fewer in-person massages). Highly recommended. The only problem is that it doesn't have a loading indicator. So I don't know if it's charging or when it's fully charged. Another downside is that this product runs out quickly, so get yours as soon as possible. I rushed to get it and didn't even get the color I wanted.
