Update: I had trouble polymerizing the hard gel because of my cheap lamp that wasn't powerful enough to cure anything other than polishing. Got a new lamp for my gel and it helped. So I tried again to stick this adhesive gel on the foil and it turned out great. I took it off a few days later and applied another perfectly. Now I'm obsessed with cheap Amazon foil! With a good lamp, this glue turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Once cured, it remains tacky until the film is applied. The film now separates perfectly from the plastic every time. Does not work well. You have to keep applying to get a good translation. Makes the end result fat. takes too long It also leaves a gummy film that shows through the transparent topcoat. Will also be noticed in the light or will yellow and change color with each buffing.
