Difficult to assemble!
I bought them to decorate a concert. Of course you can make them look like the picture. in summary. Pieces all come separately! You'll need to thread a breakable thread through each of the small holes in the cardboard bills, tying a knot after each one to keep it in place. I was hoping to use a few of them but it took so long. which I then gave up.
- Carefully unfold and unfold garlands. Due to the thin nature, the threads can become tangled. Can be reused, easy to store.
