PerGear Customer Service. MUST READ!

In my previous Zeapon micro 2 e800 review. I must get a bad copy. PerGear told me they would fix the situation. I sent the broken slider back and PerGear sent me a new one that works great. Customer service is what makes big business. Only good products make good business. PerGear has excellent customer service. I would recommend buying products from them anytime.
