Downgraded to 1 star because the PSU stopped working. Although I've had the device for a long time because it was so SLOW that I never used it. Well I tried it today and it won't charge with the AC adapter. Thankfully, it charges via the USB port. All I wanted was a tablet that I could use to surf the web and maybe watch YouTube videos. Unfortunately, this tablet is so slow, freezes, and low on memory that it barely boots out of the box. When I try to browse a website, scrolling becomes a nightmare because the tablet has to keep "thinking" about how to perform this simple operation. Function. Because it lags behind my request by several sections, it ends up in the wrong place when scrolling. Even low-resolution YouTube videos stutter and complain when played on this device. The screen is much smaller than a tablet, measuring 6.5 inches instead of 7 inches. The visible area is not much larger than that of a mobile phone. The keyboard is a nightmare, unless you have the hands of a 9-year-old, who have tiny, tiny hands, often when you press a key the tablet will lag so far that it only registers it later. The only reason I'm not returning this paperweight is because I don't want to risk identity theft after hours of setting up my Gmail and trying to use it. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because it seems solid and everything works VERY slowly. I regret this purchase and cannot return it for fear of identity theft.
