Let's face it. Nowadays, large purchases are paid for with a credit card and you take a small amount of cash with you for other things or parties and the like. The checkout area on the outside is perfect for this! I am so in love with this handbag and just received it yesterday! First, the strap has a well-stitched fabric base, meaning . Never fall off your shoulder again! The wallet is very well made with strong smooth zippers and stitching. The inner fabric is smooth like silk and it would be better if it had a fabric lining like cotton to keep things tighter inside. But with its compact size, I don't feel like things will have room to move around, so that won't be an issue. I keep my iPhone 6s inside because I'm not a slave to my phone. What I like best is the ability to easily use the side zip for bills (like a men's wallet) and coins together. I know I'm repeating myself, but it's so cool, really! Most wallets have to fold bills to fit where your coins go or put them in a separate compartment, which is just stupid. I'm so glad I found this bag! Perfect for women who don't carry a lot of stuff, and low profile enough that you don't have to dig around looking for small items. I'll get a few more in other colors.
