I gave them a shot by lunging, go up/downstairs, jumping, and walking. I did not like how I was slipping within my own shoes. To be fair, they would be ideal for short term use if you're sitting. However, as active as I am, they are not practical. I honestly did not like how I slipped in all of my shoes (boat shoes, vans, converse, running shoes, powerlifting shoes, etc.) The thought of tripping over my own feet by walking or tearing a ligament going downstairs would be a complete nightmare. Again, these are great for lounging or if you're cold all the time. I will be returning them.
