This sensor is very good. feels very well made and accurate. Just make sure you don't over-tighten the tips as they have an o-ring inside them and over-tightening will compress the o-ring and block your airway. It drove me nuts for a few minutes until I figured it out. I removed the o-rings from both nozzles and just used teflon tape. If you don't go crazy with it, you can leave the o-rings. I just decided to remove them. The breathing hole in them seems a bit small and the o-ring is very soft. I would just remove them, but it's your sensor, do what you want :)
