This monitor is one of the best in its class. Samsung makes great TVs, monitors and phones. I've owned and used all of these and never had a problem. This monitor is no exception. People rate this 1 star for some really stupid reasons, damage in transit, or they don't like it as a TV, or they don't like the sound. Follow the instructions and search the web if you have trouble setting up the connection you want. Everything works great when done right. The 5ms response time is great for any high-quality, graphic-rich game you want to play. Don't buy a cheaper monitor with a 1ms response time and think it will do you good because honestly you can't even tell the difference between those two intervals and a cheaper monitor won't give you the same picture quality. . You get shadowy and noisy blacks that are very noticeable. Who needs a faster response with very poor image quality? The only way to tell the difference in "Ms" is to run computer diagnostics on the monitors to check their speed. If you need a MONITOR, buy it and don't look back. It's even $100 cheaper than when you first bought it. This is a super sweet offer for a phenomenal product.
