Made of soft material, this therapeutic foot massager is comfortable and my feet easily fit in my bag. To use it, all you have to do is plug it into the wall and press the button on the left to massage your feet. It has four levels that can be adjusted to your liking. Just press the button to get a different massage. It vibrates and pulsates at different levels to relax your feet. The first level is called "Direct Vibration" where all motors vibrate, this is the fastest/strongest level and I prefer it. Second "Wave" when all motors vibrate slowly and gradually accelerate, the left and right sides alternate three times, the vibration from slow to fast, then the pattern repeats, the third is "Pulse" when the vibration pulses gradually accelerate , and the fourth. it is "left and right rotation" when the left and right sides vibrate alternately. Has a heat setting that you can turn off depending on whether you want heat or not. It's easy to use, the cord could be a bit longer in my opinion, but it's the normal length. I love that feeling, it makes my legs pretty good. All in all a good relaxing/spa item.
