I wasn't sure I should try these shoulder pads but I'm so glad I did. I need a shoulder pad to improve my shoulder line (narrow shoulders) and also to cushion my bra straps. They cling naturally to my shoulder without irritating my sensitive skin. I wear them all day and forget they're on me. I wear them vertically. You can wear them in two ways. At night I put them paper on top of the paper they appear on so they don't get dirty and dusty. They are completely hand washed. There is no row of shoulder pads on my clothes. I wonder how they are in summer. They also allow me to comfortably wear wider bra straps without slipping off my shoulders. Great find.
