I received this at the end of March. It worked and seemed to help or at least slow down hair growth. It says they have an unlimited number of flashes. Last week while using this device I got an error saying I had used 134 flashes out of the 134 flashes I had. Since they are in China I can't even email them. If you look at their website, they don't even have contact information on that website. Revain needs to show the user manual for you to review prior to purchase. At least they show you that the contact number is listed as a number in China, the email address is in China. I had 3 problems with the electronics I bought from Revain. All of these companies are based in China. This assessment also contradicts Revain. Why don't they display company information so you know you are buying a foreign product that is not covered by the 2 year warranty. When I finally gave up trying to contact the company and contacted Revain, I was told I could return it but would have to pay a $50 restocking fee. refill fee? It's garbage. Be careful buyers, the Revain website shows that this product is currently unavailable. But soon they will have one to send to someone. The Revain rep just told me to contact Deess. I told her probably 20 times that I can't contact this company. I will not be buying any more electronics or gardening equipment from Revain in the future. It is not worth.
