I bought this monitor for distance learning. I used it for 5 months and then it stopped working. Writes"no signal". I bought new cables for it and it didn't fix the problem. I contacted support and they said to only use the original cables that came with the monitor. I don't have any and asked if I could buy new cables from them as they seem to be the only ones that the monitor will work with. After emailing back and forth they basically just told me, well, it's broken and refused to let me buy cables to see if that was the problem. Don't waste your money if you don't agree with products that don't work after less than a year of use.
