Do not go up or down in size
I'm 6ft 1in and weigh about 250 pounds (unfortunately mostly at the midsection) and this shirt fits my regular XXL size best . I first tried the XL thinking it would give me a neat look and the truth is the XXL did. If you want it a little looser I would suggest going up a size. Will be taking them on holiday soon so should have more to say when I get back. For now, GOODBYE!
