Cute pleated mini skirt! My measurements are 5'2" tall, 32" bust, 24" natural waist, 35" hips, 105 lbs. My dress size is a 2. The skirt sits more on my hips than my natural waist, which is what I wanted and appears to follow junior sizing. I recently ordered a denim mini skirt from Forever 21 (also in size 27). It fits just like this pleated skirt. If you buy denim from Forever 21, you can order the same waist measurement for this pleated skirt as for F21 jeans. Please remember this worked for me but I wear low waisted skirts and jeans (not high waisted ones). Thanks very much!
