Got them shielded for 6a. It fits on shielded 6a with no problem. The problem I had was that arranging the ladder in the right order and cutting it to the right length was very difficult as there is no passage. The small plastic comb that separates the conductors does not have separate holes for each conductor. So if you are not careful when inserting the conductors before crimping, the conductors may change position. So it's a high quality connector, but very tedious to get it right. I buy the same type of connector but with a through hole as it eliminates the need to cut the exact length and gives me more room to check the order of the wires and adjust if necessary.
