It could not be easier!

This little device is super simple to use.1. You don't need to roll up your sleeve; it fits right on your wrist2. No black bulb to pump it up. It inflates using the the 2 AAA batteries (included)3. Display is easy to read plus it provides heart rate, date and time.4. It is very quick.The only feature it could use is a simple tracking app and have the info sent to your phone.I would certainly recommend it to others
