The webcam's built-in dual microphone worked well. and the other party had no problem hearing my voice over the webcam when we had a video conference using zoom or skype. Oh, it also came with a small tripod so you can use it for table mounting if needed. Great webcam with all the bells and whistles and yet very easy to use. would recommend.
