I really like my heated foot massager. The options are great, I customize my massage each time, but I like the medium high heat, program II best. Excellent quality phone, not cheap flimsy plastic. I bought these because I work long hours and my feet, ankles and lower legs are swollen and sore. After work I put on my booties and put my feet on the ottoman or use them in bed. I usually play variations for 2-3 cycles and then move on to my favorite program for another 2 cycles. I notice a huge improvement in blood flow and the pain is gone. I wake up in the morning with no pain in my feet, ankles and legs. This is one of my biggest all-or-nothing jumps and it has paid off. I am so happy with this purchase.
