Not what I expected

First of all the packaging was shorter than the description I ordered. Even when heated and stretched, it didn't stretch enough and dropped a few inches to cover the Lexus IS350's roof front to back. I still tried and noticed that there were dents and scratches in some places that I couldn't get rid of no matter how much I wiped, stretched, opened, heated, wet, etc. It still had imperfections. I hate leaving bad reviews. I rarely do that. But I feel like I've been ripped off because it's a waste of money, I can't fix it, I've obviously used the film as I was able to return it and the return period was 4 days ago anyway.
