Quality can be questionable at times

I like that the texture has no orange peel and that it works well when applied. Even though I applied it to my roof, it tore right down the middle. In the end almost nothing. That was not the case with Avery. I'm not sure if there were problems in my party

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • New competitors

Too thick for curved surfaces, poor adhesion

Too thick for curved interior surfaces. I removed the interior paneling from my 328i and had trouble attaching the foil. Everything looked fine after a few tries, but after a month it started curling up and blistering around the edges. Eventually I just removed everything and used another thinner film with no problem.

Not great but affordable

Definitely the worst film I've ever used. The product looked perfectly rolled but when I unfolded it there were several holes and deep scratches on the film which is unacceptable. Does not release air and is very sticky. I managed by straightening up under the taped balloon. BUT you get what you pay for and it was pretty cheap. In the end I don't recommend it. Use 3M, Avery Dennison, even Tecwrap

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Out of style

Not what I expected

First of all the packaging was shorter than the description I ordered. Even when heated and stretched, it didn't stretch enough and dropped a few inches to cover the Lexus IS350's roof front to back. I still tried and noticed that there were dents and scratches in some places that I couldn't get rid of no matter how much I wiped, stretched, opened, heated, wet, etc. It still had imperfections. I hate leaving bad reviews. I rarely do that. But I feel like I've been ripped off because it's aโ€ฆ

Buy Avery or 3m: Exterior Accessories

I have been foiling for 5 years and use all brands. Avery Dennison, 3M and vvivid Where I'm going now is just AD and 3M that I'm sticking with. I've been using this brand of foil for a year and the last 2 batches I've wrapped have made sure all the air bubbles have come out and turned into glass. After 2 days this happens and it keeps getting worse. I made 5 customer cars and each part looks like waves. I've lost $300 since I got my money back and did the job at Avery Dennison again to make myโ€ฆ

THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT WORK IN THE PACKAGING STORE! DON'T UNDERSTAND THIS

I have been wrapping cars for over 5 years. I am very disappointed in the quality of the product. This may work for small applications but if you want to wrap the hood or roof as advertised you will be very disappointed as it will not work. The foil does not stretch and massive folds appear, which do not straighten even when heated with a hair dryer. To make matters worse, this product curls up and doesn't flatten out. They didn't provide a squeegee to remove wrinkles and air bubbles so itโ€ฆ

Do not buy, defective material

I spent money to buy 3M material and was satisfied with the product at first. When separating the film from the backing, the product felt a bit stiff compared to other packaging films I've worked with in the past. We started installing the product and putting a film on the car, it was sticking, I mean sticking. While working with the film, it was torn or scraps of material stuck to the car. The packaging could not be salvaged or repaired and was thrown in the trash. As if the product were oldโ€ฆ
