This is my second wireless headphone. The first didn't have an earhook, and while the noise-cancellation and sound were good, they kept falling out. After four months, one of the headphones stopped working. I decided to order the ones that had an ear hook. I settled on Lecover Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.1 after doing some research and reading reviews. Big disappointment. At first, only one of the headphones works. Second, the controls are confusing and there aren't any good videos on YouTube on how to use the product. Third, for some odd reason, the ear pads have a sharp angle that doesn't allow them to go deep into the ear canal. As a result, the sound is not so easy to hear and the noise cancellation is not very good. I figured the sharp corner might just be for them fitting in the case and there was a way to straighten them out, but no. Fourth, when we talk about the body, it's not very good. For some reason they decided to design it in such a way that it is difficult to understand where the case opens and the light that shows the charge level is not always on. Tomorrow I will return this product and look for a product from another company.
