I like the easy access to the software and the ability to customize the layout to fit our needs. It is not as user friendly as other software. It takes a lot of time to figure out how to do the most simple things. I also think the support is not as good as it could be. You have to be very detailed and specific with your questions, otherwise you are given no help. If you are looking for a software that will be easy to use, try another software. We are trying to create a spa like atmosphere for our clients. We are giving them the ultimate service by creating a spa like atmosphere.
