If you trim your nails (on your toes) with it, make sure you get your feet wet.

If you don't get your toes wet enough, you could cut your nail beds. A little blood is fine of course, but if you watch the nail videos well enough you shouldn't have any problems! I personally like Mr. Toenail, although I don't understand a word of what he is saying!
