I like that it is easy to use, no need for any special software or hardware needed in order install this system which makes life easier as well! It has made our lives so much simpler with all of their services available through them such customer service & support team are always ready when we have questions about anything they can help us out even if its just asking how something works etc.. Nothing really dislike atm but maybe would be nice adding more features into future updates? Maybe an app could also come up allowing users outside office access via phones/tablets from anywhere around Australia (or other countries) without using VPNs ect.? We've been able solve problems related directly back tot he network by calling Customer Service over phone rather than having issues arise later down stream where things go wrong sometimes due too user error not knowing what settings were changed previously causing.
