This well made shell also fits my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. In fact, it will fit any Caravan or Grand Caravan with a 41TE 4-speed gearbox. As mentioned in one of the other reviews, the original pan has a hole in the flange which this pan does not have. This hole is for the screw holding the metal bracket that holds the wiring harness above it and has nothing to do with the transmission pan gasket. This small tweak can be handled in a number of ways. I cut the extra hole flange part from the old pan, place it over the new pan flange and put 2 of the 14 bolts through both parts. Anyone with sufficient mechanical skill to remove and replace the transmission oil pan will have no problem finding a way to manipulate the wiring harness bracket. This frying pan and FelPro pad is a nice upgrade. I like the drain plug.
