It's a monster, huge screen and very bright. 0 dead pixels and looks amazing. The piano's black finish gives it a classy look. Didn't test the sound but when I swapped out my old monitor for this new one I had to move the Asus monitor back a bit because it's so huge and didn't want to burn my eyes. It looks really good and I can't wait to play Portal 2 and Dead Space 2 on it again! Edit: After testing the internal speakers I have to say they sound weak compared to my regular speakers. And I say this with confidence that even if you place it behind a wall, it still needs more volume than it needs to sound loud. However, this monitor should be appreciated and based on image rather than sound. Great monitor and so bright. I'm amazed that my previous monitor was 95w and this higher resolution from Asus than my previous one was around 45w. Maybe I'll get another one for a spit screen in the future. Edit2: Also, the discount doesn't work because it's only valid for purchases made April 1-30, so don't believe what Rewain says if you qualify for the discount. If you don't believe me, click on the discount yourself and read the dates, they are capitalized. Revain needs to disable this discount option as it no longer applies. However, this is a good monitor and worth the money.
