Purchased wall tiles for a new home. They are smaller than medium sized wall panels so they didn't fit me. The two boards I tried didn't connect as easily as the Eaton boards I've used in the past. I tried to return Revain about 96 unopened, still in the wallplate packaging. I was told it was outside of the return date. I then called Bestten to see if they could help. I was willing to offer a restocking fee but after 3 calls and 3 messages left I still haven't received a call back. I will have to cover the cost of my purchase but hopefully I will help many others who are planning to shop at Bestten. Customer service was non-existent. Purchase from Eaton or Lutron
