There is a learning curve but a good result

I have a perm on my hair and the reperm is toasting it. So I tried this product as I'm letting it grow but want curls. I have fine straight hair and wanted waves, not 3D curls, so take it how you will. There are a number of steps that have worked best for me. FYI, start at the back and work your way up from the bottom. Otherwise, you'll have to get them out of the way. Take wet hair (1/2 of what you need) 2nd brush section3. Twist the section at the top of the roots (as high on the head as possible)4. Hook the tool with a wave on the twisted part as it will catch loose strands5. Pinch where the tube is located and hold it as high as possible (otherwise you will end up with a curl line a few inches below the roots)6. Pull up to about 3 inches (trying resistance again doesn't work, curled hair gets tangled and takes longer on mine) 7. Pull through 8. Leave on for 2-3 hours (I've done 2 and some mine hair was still dry). Will be used again as it is a harmless way to create waves in hair. I can't confirm durability, but it has worked flawlessly so far.
