The backrest is too big and the strap broke on first use
The backrest is too thick and I sat too far forward in the seat. Also the strap broke. The headrest is good, I use it. As other reviews have noted, the headrest material could have been softer as I constantly have to tilt my head back to get comfortable. Although I still like it.
