Perfect fit for my 1999 Volvo-Penta 5.0 GL

When I first started the engine in my backyard in 2018 I noticed the engine temperature drop. Hand pressure on the rabbit's ears increased the water pressure and allowed the old thermostat to open and adjust. I decided it was time to replace the sticky (and rusty) 4 year old thermostat. I ordered the Sierra kit and received it in a few days. The kit included an o-ring and gasket for my application. Calm is restored.
