Review on Dublin Childs Paddock Girls' Shoes with Laced Foundation by Keisha Dessie

There is a small piece of leather - a small loop - through which the laces pass before wrapping around the hooks to close the boot. The loop on the left boot was partially torn. I think maybe someone bought them, damaged them and returned them. I didn't want to return them but was surprised by this defect as the company is known for quality shoes/boots etc.
