Bad: The first Ivation I ordered didn't work. That in itself shouldn't be a big problem. Things happen. However, the AUTO/OFF/ON switch on the charging station is completely untested, and what is worse, the bottom view illustration in the manual is wrong, which put me down a rabbit hole, resulting in a lot of money spent have time to fix the problem. . If the socket was labeled correctly, I could quickly determine that it was defective and send it back immediately. Note that if you are looking at the bottom of the charging station and the electric teeth are pointing away from you, ON is on the left, OFF is in the middle, and AUTO is on the right. The instructions show otherwise. I ordered the original lamp as a gift 10 days before my mother's birthday. We couldn't get it to work right away, so I put it back for troubleshooting after returning from a 10-day out-of-state trip and subsequently going over the return deadline (lesson learned). The elderly mother has a special use for it and it has worked great from the start. When the light is on, the switch positions become intuitive, although they're not marked. Great device and very functional. This is ideal for any room where you need a night light and/or flashlight in one place.
