I bought the entire Moen "Preston” accessory kit for my bathroom renovation project. At what was supposed to be the final milestone, I came home with this note from my contractor. "Bad Adjuster" I had to buy a new one (after a long day at work!). Of course, none of the locals had the same "Preston" style. I should have gotten something else. I think so, since I noticed that the new one has a much better screw design. I think the new brand and style will last longer. The bad one was only attached to the wall on one side. I initially liked it because it was fashionable, but the durability of the product is more important. This paper holder did not survive the installation. You don't have to pay shipping costs to get a refund. (Now I'm paying a contractor to come back on Saturday to install a new one. It takes me about $100 just to get a paper holder. Wow!)
