GOOD:---------------* 309 lb. Payload.* Telescopic handles. 36" stowed, 47" fully extended.* Simple push of a button to deploy.* There are two additional handles that can be deployed. It is amazing! * The aluminum platform is made of high quality reinforced aluminum. * 7" silent wheels. * Much easier to use than 4 wheel platforms. It's stationary so load, fold, tip and go! You control where you go. Unlike 4 wheels because they sometimes throw you through control the way the 4 wheels rotate due to the weight.* The entire handcart weighs only 11.5 pounds.Very easy to lift and load into the car. BAD:----------- --* Nothing at all. As you can see from the photos we are dealing with a lot of boxes. I've never liked hand trucks because I still imagine those storage trucks. They are big, heavy and not portable. I had mine "never looked at these new portable handcarts until they stumbled across my Vine recommendation. Personally for us it's a game changer. We used these four wheeled carts which are a bit bulky to load because they move. Then when they're full of weight are, they're a bit awkward to push in. They'll put me on see me push, spin and dance with these four-wheeled carts in the UPS parking lot. LAUGH OUT LOUD! I can't believe I didn't think of that before. I didn't know hand trucks could be so strong and light in 2021. My brain is stuck in 1990. lol! I'm a little late to the party, but at least I'm here now. It's an enthusiastic 5 stars!
