I've had it for a few years now. A huge fan, only I have to keep removing the fur from the inside. The product page and the label itself says it has a removable, washable cover, but that's not the case. Now I see other people had the same problem, so it's no coincidence. Fake advertising with seemingly no intention of solving the problem. If it weren't for that, I'd have one in every room. My gray tabby pictured weighs about 14 pounds (now on a diet) and takes a second to squeeze through, but a larger cat might have a hard time. I'm scared of the day they get sick or wet there because the floor won't come out.
