was beautiful when i opened it and it was what i expected but when i washed it it shrank and i don't know how to explain but the rope in the Duvet got messed up It's like you're washing a shirt and the laces seem to get messed up and you have to stretch the shirt to get the laces out. It also got VERY clumpy and uneven when I washed it and it never went away no matter what I did to wipe it off.
