Agree, I agree it's cheap but it works way better than I expected for twenty bucks but on my Kitty Cantrell looks the dolphin sculpture wonderful from water and on land. The light is 4000 lumens which was actually too strong for my application so I reduced the intensity a bit and changed the color to blue and it looks surreal. TIPS 1) There is a battery installed in the remote control, but it has a retractable tab that must be pulled out or it will not work. Don't assume the battery is good as I'm lucky enough to have spares at home. 2) The flashlight itself runs on AA batteries, and as far as I understand Ohm's Law if you leave it on at medium intensity for 8 hours a day. The light should last 4 months before you need to replace it. If you use white as 100% color, it lasts 2.5 months. 3) You may have trouble removing the battery cover from both the remote control and the flashlight. The transmitter or remote control has a tiny handle that sits on the left side and if you press it with an old blunt object a small compartment will appear containing a quarter battery and forgot the number. lol4) The back cover is falling to come back, in the light. You just have to have the patience of Job of biblical glory. 5) I bought it for cheap but it definitely exceeded my expectations. Much luck.
