Very easy to work with. It's very soft at first but gets quite rough as it turns into a dreadlock, but a vinegar rinse and hot oil treatment softened it up again. I've had it for a few weeks and it goes well with my own hair. I used two and a half packs for about 90 seats, but I could probably use two packs. At first I made the extensions too long so I cut them off at the end. I could bleach and dye my hair, so it's definitely human. Stains are only due to not adding enough bleach. My own hair falls about an inch below my shoulders and you can see that my hair and Vivica's hair look about the same in terms of lift.
