To be honest I got 2 pumps for a great price! One of my flanges had a gap and the seller responded immediately and shipped my replacement the next morning. I get extraordinary amounts with this pump. Actually more than feeds my 1 month old baby. Would definitely recommend for a great price and working pump! The noise can be loud, sometimes not too loud, but you can tell. The first time I used it I spilled all my milk which I did in 7 minutes and didn't realize I had the opening part at the bottom. But I didn't make that mistake again.
