The toddler rain boots are the best in my rating
My 4 year old son loves them so much I bought them a size 10 and they fit perfectly. Handles make it easy to grab and put on. It is not tight as some boots can be worn with thicker socks. Definitely recommend and will buy again

- Good quality raincoats. Nice design and good price.
- Boots just above the ankle on a boy size 13. Boots are thin and thin. Not worth the money.
