PromentaWebflow is easy to use and the support team is extremely helpful. I would like support to give more support on the use of PromentaWebflow. They support is limited. PromentaWebflow provides the ability to support SAP process automation, end-to-end audit, tracking and reporting. I use PromentaWebflow for SAP master data, transactions and SAP Workflow. It has helped to implement SAP master data and transactions. It has helped to support the SAP process automation and audit. It has helped to implement SAP Workflow. Promena WebFlow was very easy to implement to the overall ERP system that we already have. The integration part of this product has been done well so far. No issues encountered yet but I am sure if there are, they will be addressed soon. We used it as SAP Business Objects which was great because it had good visibility across our whole organization. Also, the flexibility of using various fields from different modules within SAP ECC helped us customize the report generation easily.
