Good price some parts are missing

While these headphones seem great my only complaint is that they came with only two sizes of silicone ear tips which I believe are medicine and got LRG. I need the little silicone tips because they get very hot and uncomfortable after about 20 minutes of use. In addition, the sound quality is good and connects easily to Bluetooth.
