All the positive reviews are because they offer a 'free gift' which you must tell them and give them your order number and then they will ask you to leave a review! These nursing pads are terrible! They are so oddly shaped due to the poor quality of the stitching that when worn they look like a very poorly padded bra so not discreet at all. I've leaked through the pads multiple times and found myself embarrassingly wet a few times even after just changing them. The material inside feels soft when you first put them on, but by the end they get rough and painfully stick to my already sore nipples as they soak up milk. My stitching has been unraveling since I received it and has continued to tear after washing. As another mother mentioned, the smell of sour milk is terrible on them. I've never had this problem with other pads, but they start to smell sour very quickly and no matter how much you wash, the smell doesn't go away completely. These nursing pads are an absolute joke, but I will continue to wear them at home (and change them after each breastfeed so they don't seep through my clothes again) until they fall apart so my money isn't wasted. .
